Service
Our philosophy is to provide the highest possible level of service for your Piaggio motorscooter. This is why we have trained our service consultants at our Authorized Dealers and Service Centers to assist you in servicing and maintaining your vehicle throughout its lifetime.
Piaggio dealers are located throughout the country and can assist you with all the service, spare parts and accessories you require. We provide your dealer with spare parts and accessories stocked at our distribution centers in the USA, to provide the optimum speed in fulfilling spare parts and accessories orders. Warranty
We stand behind our products, which is why we provide 1 year warranty for parts and labor. This coverage includes a guarantee against all defects (of material, workmanship and design) for a period of 12 months from the original date of registration (date of purchase), and without any mileage restriction. Any such defects will be rectified free of charge, provided that the warranty is valid.
The warranty manual included with each new Piaggio motorscooter includes the appropriate details of how to service your vehicle and details of the warranty plan.
Extended Protection Plan
The Extended Protection plan--the only factory-endorsed extended warranty plan--adds an additional two years to the standard one year factory warranty and roadside assistance package that comes with your new Piaggio scooter. Sign up for the Plan through your dealer within 90 days of the date of purchase. Best of all, the Plan is transferable to a new owner and increases the resale value of your Piaggio scooter.
